Round up your posse because the Red Dead Redemption Co-Op mission pack "Outlaws to the End" has officially arrived on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live - for the low, low, price of free.

The mission pack allows you and a group of your friends to once again infiltrate Fort Mercer - in an attempt to rescue... a damsel in distress.

Check out the official synopsis for Red Dead Redemption "Outlaws to the End" from Rockstar Games:

"The Outlaws To The End Co-Op Mission Pack lets up to four players join forces and take on the Dying West together. Missions include raiding gold mines, clearing the outlaw-infested town of Tumbleweed with cannons and Gatling guns, battling rebel insurgents across the river banks, and more in 6 new co-op missions. With new Trophies and Challenges, this extensive co-op pack brings hours of gunslinging action to your Red Dead Redemption experience."

Who wouldn't want to rescue a damsel in distress?

I recently wrapped the story missions in Red Dead and, while I enjoy the multiplayer, the co-op mission pack is the first thing to really excite me about the idea of coming back to the game. Rockstar definitely built plenty of replay value in the title but, let's be honest, some of the side-projects (collecting flowers, etc) aren't enough to really draw me away from some of the other great titles available right now.

That said, any excuse to draw me back into the immersive world of Red Dead Redemption, and give me a chance to finally see one of these donkey ladies (or ride an invisible horse), is a welcome one.

It's great to see Rockstar offering the content up for free - adding incredible value to an already extremely robust game package.

Think you'll check out the Red Dead Redemption Co-Op or have you already moved on to another game? What other content would you like to see Rockstar offer us in the future?
