One of the greatest allures of Red Dead Redemption 2 is the large degree of user agency that players can utilize while roaming the open world. Aside from interacting with NPCs and exploring various towns, there's a multitude of additional content for players to explore within Red Dead Redemption 2. Now, some players have taken to using the physics of Red Dead Redemption 2 in one of the most humorous ways possible.

Part of what makes a significant number of Rockstar Games titles so enjoyable for a lot of people is the ridiculous, open-ended nature of the physics and Red Dead Redemption 2 is no exception to this. There's a number of secret things that players can do within Red Dead Redemption 2, but the in-game physics add an additional layer to what players can already achieve via the in-game content. This, apparently, includes making kites out of NPCs.

Over on TikTok, various users have managed to create human kites by lassoing NPCs while on the back of moving vehicles, such as trains in Red Dead Redemption 2. The end result is the lassoed NPC getting dragged in midair behind the vehicle at extremely high speeds. Though, the only way for this to occur is for the vehicle in question to be going several times faster than their typical in-game speed.

It's likely that these users have mods installed that remove some of the busy work of Red Dead Redemption 2. Despite the overwhelming realism within Red Dead Redemption 2, there are some extreme periods of downtime as a result, such as some long animations of the player picking up objects. This mod in question probably allows trains to travel faster and can now create hilarious moments like this.

It's amazing what players have managed to accomplish within Red Dead Redemption 2 when certain mods are applied. Often times, when players push the limits of the game too hard, it leads to numerous glitches within Red Dead Redemption 2. Although, modders typically create certain mods with that exact reasoning in mind, allowing players to cause as much chaos as possible.

In any case, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Red Dead Redemption 2 going forward. While the base version of Red Dead Redemption 2 released over three years ago, the popularity of the game has managed to remain. This is likely due to the ongoing success of Red Dead Online, though as shown by this video, players are still finding ways to entertain themselves in the singleplayer portion of the game.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is available for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
