Red Dead Redemption 2 has an impressive variety of random events players can encounter as they wander the West. This includes multiple encounters with members of the KKK, who players can kill without fear of losing any honor points. The encounters are some of the most entertaining in the game, though they can be a bit tricky to find without help.

Location #1

The first location must be completed before any other encounters can transpire. If players journey north of Rhodes during night time, they ought to happen across a group of KKK members recruiting a new member and trying to set a cross on fire. Red Dead Redemption 2 players can interrupt the event whenever and however they so choose, or just wait until the end if they wish to see the full event.

The leader of the event will drop a note outlining the meeting's agenda, which is a pretty humorous read. The meeting is also pretty close to a fence, which is a good place to pick up some weapons and ammo before the encounter.

Location #2

After completing the first event, players can find another encounter with the KKK–during the day, this time–near Flatneck Station, which is just a bit south of Valentine. The event is also nearby the location for Sadie's harmonica, so it may be a good time to pick that up as well.

There will be three members attempting to raise a cross, which just so happens to fall and crush two of them. The third will immediately try to stab Arthur, so it's up to players to decide how to deal with the aggressor.

Location #3

The third, and final, encounter with KKK happens pretty similarly to the first. To initiate the event, Red Dead Redemption 2 players will need to journey southwest of Down's Rest at night, near the bank of the Dakota River. There, they should see the few remaining KKK members gathered around yet another cross, some of which will complain that the group is now a "lost cause".

Once again, some of the members will catch fire, spurring the others to run away before the fire spreads. Arthur can decide once more how to deal with them, but it is the final encounter, so be sure to get extra creative.

Red Dead Redemption 2 has been a massive success for Rockstar, and has already outpaced the first game's sales. There are certainly more secrets to discover in the game, and it will be exciting to see what exactly they turn out to be.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now for PS4 and Xbox One.
