Arthur Morgan is arguably one of the most fascinating characters to have ever graced the gaming world. As well as his interesting morality, the Red Dead Redemption 2 protagonist is shown to have superhuman-like powers on numerous occasions throughout the game. He's able to slow down time with the Dead Eye mechanic in order to better aim his shots and also possesses a somewhat remarkable talent for bringing horses back from the dead. While certainly impressive though, these two abilities are just the tip of the iceberg.

Due to glitches and bugs in the game, it's possible for Arthur to do some pretty crazy things. Not too long ago, a player figured out how to make Arthur invisible, while another discovered that bathing can occasionally grant the game's hero the power to extend his limbs like a ninetieth century Stretch Armstrong. Now, a Reddit user has found more evidence to suggest that Arthur may have had the skills required to pursue a career as a contortionist had he ever gone through with his plans to turn his back on the outlaw lifestyle.

While sitting atop a newly tamed horse in Red Dead Redemption 2, redditor IvelSuop began slowly pulling on the animal's bridle. Rather than causing the stationary steed to start trotting or altering the position of its head, however, Arthur's body instead began rapidly rotating around his waist. The player managed to get him to spin both clockwise and counter-clockwise using this method and was even able to control the speed of the rotation with the use of their controller's analog stick.

Even the most flexible of people would likely find this kind of stretching to be incredibly painful and so it's perhaps understandable that Arthur chooses not to respond to a passing NPC who hilariously asks him if he is okay. Amusingly, the passerby doesn't seem to be too disturbed by what he has just witnessed; suggesting that this kind of thing is fairly common in the world of Red Dead Redemption 2. Strange though it may seem, there's actually plenty of evidence to back that up.

Another Reddit user, Blizzk, recently shared an image of Arthur riding his horse in which the protagonist's legs have been twisted and contorted into what looks to be an incredibly painful position. This time though, Arthur at least seems to be showing signs of discomfort, which suggests that while he may have a pretty high threshold for pain, there are limits to how much suffering Red Dead Redemption 2's main protagonist is able to endure.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
