Despite releasing over three years ago, players are still managing to encounter a number of bizarre occurences within Red Dead Redemption 2. Considering how expansive the open world is, players can expect to accomplish a lot within Red Dead Redemption 2 during active gameplay. One such example being the ability to acumulate a bounty of remarkably small proportions.

Players can accrue a bounty in Red Dead Redemption 2 depending upon the amount of misdeeds the player has committed. Different transgressions have different bounty amounts assigned to them that the player can pay off via the post office. While major crimes like murder and robbery have much higher bounty amounts, one player has somehow managed to have the lowest bounty amount placed on their head.

A Reddit user named YourAverageIdiot69 somehow managed to get a one cent bounty while roaming Saint Denis. While the user did not mention specifically what they did to get the bounty, it's hard to believe that a bounty in Red Dead Redemption 2 could be that low. Not to mention that since the player does technically have a bounty in Saint Denis, the police would actively pursue them as a result.

This one cent bounty is almost certainly a glitch. While there are a number of glitches in Red Dead Redemption 2, despite being out for over three years now, this one is comparatively more random. It's hard to imagine what petty crime the player could possibly commit that would cause the game to assign a one cent bounty to the player.

In any case, it's amazing to see just how much Red Dead Redemption 2 has managed to maintain its popularity for as long as it has. To this day, players still celebrate various facets presented throughout Red Dead Redemption 2, including Arthur Morgan roasing NPCs. Very few other games have remained relevant within the gaming community in the way that Red Dead Redemption 2 has.

It will interesting to see what the future holds for Red Dead Redemption going forward. Right now, the bulk of new content has come in the form of Red Dead Online, but there have been rumors of a remaster of the original Red Dead Redemption. Though, many fans of the series are hoping that the Red Dead Redemption remake doesn't end up like the GTA Trilogy remake. Then again, no such Red Dead Redemption remake has been confirmed as of yet.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
