The tech company known as Razer is a common name throughout the gaming industry, as it releases all kinds of gaming accessories from keyboards and gaming chairs to phone cases and mice. However, Razer recently announced that it would be selling a brand-new type of gaming peripheral, and it's quite different from the rest and may provide enhanced aim and control to gamers on the go.

Twitchy, fast-paced mobile games like Call of Duty and PUBG may give players issues when attempting to control their character with only their phone's touch screen, but Razer seems to have a solution for that. Enter the Razer Gaming Finger Sleeve.

According to Razer's official site for the Gaming Finger Sleeve, gamers will be able to slip the sleeve onto one of their fingers and is woven with "high-sensitivity silver fiber for enhanced aim and control." The sleeves can also apparently soak up any sweat from intense gaming sessions and can be easily hand-washed. Razer promises enhanced touch sensitivity and response while lowering friction.

While the photos on Razer's website show people using 2-4 of the gamer finger sleeves, folks can only buy one sleeve at a time for USD 9.99. Unfortunately, after only being revealed about two days ago, Razer's Gaming Finger Sleeve is already out of stock complete, but people can enter their email on the official site to be notified when there's more available to buy. It seems like PS5 consoles aren't the only difficult piece of tech to find in stores right now.

With attachable gaming controllers being more popular as of late for mobile gamers, it'll see how well this product does for Razer. Seeing as it is already sold out after less than 48 hours, it seems that many gamers have found interest in the product, even if it's something that appears to be more niche than other Razer tech products for sale.

Razer has also teamed up with a company called Clearbot to create small solar-powered boats used to clean up trash found in the ocean. The Clearbots use AI and a camera to detect garbage in the water and then picks it up with a conveyor belt. It's always a pleasant surprise to see tech companies stepping outside of their expertise to help out the environment in any way they can.

The Razer Gaming Finger Sleeve is available for sale now.
