Rainbow Six Siege continues to be a force to be reckoned with for Ubisoft. After a tough launch two years ago with server issues and slower than expected sales, the game has grown exponentially thanks in large part to consistent free updates and two years worth of paid seasonal content. Ubisoft isn't stopping now as the company confirmed a third year of content for the game and with Operation White Noise now live for all players, the Year 3 season pass is officially available for purchase.

Just like the past two years of content, players can opt to purchase a Year 3 season pass for Rainbow Six Siege, which comes with a number of bonuses and benefits. The obvious bonus for purchasing the pass is seven-day early access to all eight new operators as they release throughout 2018. So far, Ubisoft has revealed that the countries selected to represent the game for the upcoming year range from previously used locations like Russia, France, United Kingdom, and the United States, to completely new ones like Italy and Morocco.

In addition to the new operators, season pass owners get additional VIP bonuses including a 5% renown and .3% alpha pack chance boost and a 10% discount as well as 600 Rainbow Six credits to use within the in-game store. Eight exclusive headgear and uniforms are also available for those who decide to purchase the $29.99 year 3 pass, and players who make the purchase prior to March 5, 2018 can also score the Damascus Steel weapon skin as well.

While content reveals typically come about a few weeks before the new season officially launches, Ubisoft has already started teasing the first season of content for Year 3 called Operation Chimera. It includes two biohazard specialists from France and Russia, as well as the game's first ever co-op event called Outbreak. More details regarding the new mode are coming this February during the Six Invitational 2018 in Montreal.

Rainbow Six Siege is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
