Although there are still no official reports on the viewership for this year's ceremony, Jake Lucky tweeted that it had over 300,000 viewers for the majority of QTCinderella's stream. It seemed that thousands of fans wanted to see their favorites win their respective categories.One of the lucky winners was Kyedae for Best Valorant Streamer. While many of her fans and friends were happy for her achievement, many people didn't seem happy about it, which Kyedae admitted that she expected. Following the backlash, QTCinderella defended Kyedae and emphasized that the streamer won the fan vote. She didn't appreciate how people were using the Streamer Awards' results to send hate towards creators like Kyedae. QTCinderella also said that she might remove the Best Valorant Streamer category from the next Streamer Awards to avoid the same negative behavior in the future.
