Twitch streamer and YouTuber QTCinderella recently announced that she's no longer part of TSM, citing that the organization allegedly didn't support her projects. In a Twitter thread, she said it was a heartbreaking decision, but she's looking forward to other opportunities.

QTCinderella is known for her gaming and baking streams on Twitch. She's also the creator of Girl's Trip, an event that features fellow streamers. In 2021, she joined the prominent esports organization Team SoloMid, TSM for short, as one of its content creators. In her introduction video posted on the organization's YouTube channel, she mentioned that she's always been a huge TSM fan, and that it was an honor to be a part of it.

On November 2nd, QTCinderella announced on Twitter that she's left TSM. She talked about her decision further in a Reddit comment, which she screencapped and shared in the Twitter thread. She explained that TSM didn't support or congratulate her when she created and co-hosted the Streamer Awards in 2022. This was allegedly a pattern whenever the streamer would come up with content ideas for the entire organization, which ultimately led to her decision to not re-sign, adding that she wanted a team that would support her.

Despite her experience with TSM, QTCinderella said she will still be a fan of the organization and remains optimistic that it will "make us all proud again." Since the announcement, she has teased that she's signed another deal. She's also working on her annual Christmas concert featuring other streamers, which may include an appearance by her boyfriend, YouTube streamer Ludwig Ahgren.

Fans congratulated QTCinderella for her decision to leave and wished her luck in finding a team that's supportive of her ideas. Many also expressed their disappointment and concern with how TSM seem to be handling their content creators. The esports organization recently saw many creators leave, including now-YouTube streamer Myth, who was one of TSM's top streamers, and former TSM League of Legends pro player DoubleLift. With this, some fans seem to be relieved that QTCinderella moved on.

It's always sad for fans to see their favorite streamers or pro players leave their respective teams. But in the case of streamers like QTCinderella, they almost always have projects lined up to keep them busy, and will hopefully catch their fans' attention. As for TSM, it seems it's still continuously signing new content creators with the recent signing of Twitch streamer Erobb221. It's also continuously focusing on its professional esports teams, who are also doing content for the organization.
