Since October of last year, fans have been loving Pumpkin Jack on a variety of platforms, but until now there was no PS4 version. When it released, the game was available on PC, Switch, and Xbox One, but now the long awaited PS4 port has a release date thanks to a new trailer. Pumpkin Jack places players in control of the titular Pumpkin Jack, but his adventure is different than what fans might expect. Doing the will of the Devil himself, the player must annihilate the forces of good and help evil prevail for once. In order to do so, they'll need to conquer a series of platforming challenges while contending with powerful foes.
The trailer below shows off a release date of February 24th for PS4, meaning fans only have to wait two more weeks to relive the adventure or experience it for the first time. Alongside this, players get a glimpse of the kind of action fans can expect from the Pumpkin Jack, with a healthy mix of platforming, challenging combat, puzzles, and even some impressive looking boss battles.
Narrowly missing Valentine's Day, Pumpkin Jack initially released in October in the spirit of Halloween. Though that season may be over and games are now focusing on the season of love, this will offer players a chance to eschew all of that mushy stuff and get right back into the spooky vibes of Halloween once again.
Pumpkin Jack is available now on PC, Switch, and Xbox One, and releases on February 24th for PS4.
