Update 10.2 for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is live, and it brings a new Coupe to drive, vehicle emotes, changes to ranked mode, and more. With Season 10 of PUBG well on its way, this is not a massive patch, but one that is designed to give players a few new features and support some of the game's esports initiatives.

The first thing that should be noted in the update is the new Coupe RB, a fast, two-person vehicle in the game. It can hit speeds of up to 150 km-per-hour, and while it cannot fit a full team of four, it does provide more protection than a bike. Players will find the Coupe RB in the maps Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok, but not the new urban map Haven, which was introduced when Season 10 of PUBG dropped last month.

Another vehicle-related change in the update is new Vehicle Emotes, which lets players emote while in the air using Motorbikes. Update 10.2 for PUBG came to test servers a few weeks back, and included the Reputation System. This system is being put in place to designate whether or not players are well-mannered or toxic toward each other. A reputation level will be displayed next to the team member's name with a range from zero to five; the lower-level indicating the person was reported for obstructive gameplay, being abusive, team killing, or more.

In an attempt to support esports, the update also adds a few interesting ways to watch PUBG's PGIs event. In-game screens will display live-streamed portions of the event. Additionally, there will be an esports tab from the main menu to watch the PGIs. This feature is for PC players only, so for those who enjoy PUBG on mobile or console, they will have to watch the PUBG Global Invitationals elsewhere.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is available on Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
