While slaving away for hundreds of hours to get a Platinum trophy can seem daunting, there are several games that players can complete in just a few hours, earning every trophy possible in the process. We've added a few more to this list for players looking for another quick Platinum trophy.

21 The Jumping Churros: Turbo

The Jumping Churros: Turbo is similar to My Name Is Mayo but with a different aesthetic. Instead of clicking on a jar of mayonnaise, players make a churro jump up and down constantly until they reach the platinum trophy. This game even allows players to simply hold down the jump button, making for perhaps the easiest platinum trophy to earn on the PS5.

It is difficult to tell whether the developer released this game as a joke or if they knew they could make some easy cash from those who want to exploit the trophy system. Either way, it's both funny and an unsatisfying way to earn a platinum.

20 My Name Is Mayo

There is a certain trend with budget games on the PlayStation store that exist purely to nab an easy PS5 platinum trophy. My Name is Mayo is one of these titles. The entire game consists of clicking on a jar of mayonnaise. As players click, they unlock new costumes to dress up their jar of mayo.

Just click 10,000 times to beat the game and earn the trophy. As easy as this platinum as this might be, it is hard to feel accomplished doing this. Players' friends might berate them for going for such an easy platinum trophy, perhaps even staining their trophy record instead of increasing it.

19 Dark Sauce

There are many cute platformers present on the PS5 that players can check out for themselves, with Dark Sauce being one such title that is worth a quick romp if nothing else. Players control an adorable pig as they guide him through a series of levels to steal treasure from a dragon's horde.

Simply completing the game while dying a bunch of times in the process is more than enough to secure the all-important platinum. It's a relatively pain-free way to attain an achievement that other games will torture players over, and it helps that the game itself is pretty engaging in its own right.

18 Storm Boy

An interactive experience based on a book of the same name written by Colin Thiele, Storm Boy is a unique experience that fans should check out if they want to relax with a fairly easy video game. Most of the gameplay takes place in the form of quaint minigames, and players will love the heartfelt nature of the game and its art style.

It's also a really easy game to Platinum, with the bulk of the effort involved in just moving through the title and finishing it in around half an hour or so. It's a simple and fun experience that fans can check out if they don't want to get into a hardcore time commitment.

17 Milo's Quest

A top-down 2D game that is very much inspired by the classic Zelda series, players who love adventure games, puzzles, and dogs will get a kick out of playing Milo's Quest. It's a fun distraction for players to become invested in if they're seeking out something to bide their time with, with the platinum coming after around an hour of play.

Players who want to check out everything the game has to offer may possibly stretch the game to two hours, but that's about it. The title is simple and heartfelt, making it worth checking out for any fan of old-school video game experiences.

16 My Friend Peppa Pig

Peppa Pig is a character that every kid is familiar with at this point, with this surprisingly popular figure teaching children good values in a simple yet engaging manner. This character is bound to feature in a few games that children can enjoy even if they're too young to tackle more complicated game mechanics.

A bonus here is that the game can be completed in no time, with the Platinum trophy unlockable after just an hour and a half. This is nothing compared to the other titles that make players toil for ages to get this accolade.

Earning the platinum trophy essentially amounts to beating the game. This is not a case of a game designed simply to give players an easy PS5 platinum trophy. Pinkman+ is an engaging platformer with a simple but distinct art style. It will feel both satisfying and brief to earn this platinum.

Anyone who goes through the game will have no issue snagging this platinum once they beat the game. Any platformer enthusiast is going to have a good time going through Pinkman+.

14 Venba

More games need to provide some much-needed South Asian representation, and Venba is a great example of why. The game uses cooking minigames to highlight many aspects of South Indian cuisine while communicating a fun narrative along the way.

Venba is a beautiful and short experience that shows indie gaming at its very best. Players who check out this game on the PlayStation 5 will easily power through this fun, cozy game, earning a Platinum trophy in no time at all.

13 Cocoon

After Playdead's founders broke off to start new companies of their own, players assumed that the indie giant wouldn't grace the market any longer. However, Cocoon made it clear that the people behind classic games like Limbo and Inside would still light up the indie scene from time to time.

Cocoon's world within worlds concept gives its puzzles more of an edge. The game is a short yet sweet experience that proves once again that games don't need to be 50-hour epic adventures to remain fresh in the minds of players. Sometimes, a few quick hours are all it takes for a title to make a powerful impression on fans, and Cocoon is no exception.

12 12 Minutes

12 Minutes has been extremely polarizing due to its taboo themes. It is not that games are not allowed to talk about what is discussed in this puzzle game, but it is the way it is tackled that really upsets some gamers. All the same, the platinum in 12 Minutes can be completed quickly with the use of a guide. Even though it technically takes several playthroughs of the time loop game to achieve, the game is so short it is not as monumental an undertaking as it seems.

In fact, some people would argue that reading through a guide is a better way to figure out the game's solutions because of how inane they can be. While there's a fair bit of freedom involved in the way players can carry out a litany of actions in the game, only one path is the intended one and feels needlessly complicated. This game could've been a vastly better experience if there were multiple solutions to the problem, which should've been there from the get-go.

11 Astro's Playroom

This game comes packed in with every PlayStation 5. It is a small 3D platformer and uses its playtime to celebrate the history of PlayStation while also serving as a great showcase for DualSense. Those who had PSVR will recognize these characters from Astro Bot Rescue Mission.

Obtaining the platinum in Astro's Playroom basically amounts to beating the game while finding all the collectibles, which won't take players too long. Maybe a collectible or two will require a guide, but the levels are small enough, so players won't get lost.

10 Stray

It is difficult not to love Stray for how accurately it depicts the life and mannerisms of a cat. It also has a relatively short campaign so most can beat it in just a couple of sittings. For those who are after trophies, a platinum trophy can be earned in almost as long as it takes to beat the game as long as one uses a trophy guide to know what to look for.

Players can either try to do it all in their first playthrough or use the initial run to enjoy the story and then go back for the trophy cleanup on a second playthrough. The gameplay is pretty relaxing and the world-building is excellent... and, of course, there's no need to convince players why controlling a cat would be such a magical experience!

9 Maneater

10 Hours

Maneater is a unique concept. Players control a shark who is out for vengeance against those who killed her mother. It is structured almost like a micro-western RPG. Regardless of what one thinks of Maneater, it is undoubtedly the best game where players control a shark.

The shark levels up and there are optional side quests. Maneater is not difficult, so doing all the side content is more of a cozy jaunt through the underwater title. Few tasks will provide much resistance.

8 Serious Sam 4

10-12 Hours

This first-person shooter franchise has no illusions as to what it is. Serious Sam is all about destroying massive swarms of alien enemies. The series started more than twenty years ago and still carries on this thesis statement to this day.

With no collectibles in sight, all the trophies in Serious Sam 4 are either unlocked by playing the game, doing a side mission that is easy to find, or by killing enemies using a certain weapon. The difficulty options have no bearings on trophies, so players can go on the easiest mode just to get the platinum as quickly as possible.

7 Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales

12 Hours

Insomniac Games was pretty clear that Miles Morales is not a sequel to 2018's massively successful Spider-Man. As such, the title is not as long and has a smaller scope than its full-length predecessor. Getting the platinum requires doing all the side content and then beating the game a second time.

While this seems like a lot, beating the game a second time only takes a couple of hours if players zoom their way through it. Going through Miles Morales twice is also easy, simply because the game is so fun and engaging. There is still plenty of time to earn this before the next Spider-Man game comes out in 2023.

6 Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart

12-15 Hours

The Ratchet & Clank franchise came back strong after a notable hiatus with Rift Apart. In addition to its surprisingly emotional story, the gameplay is as smooth as the series has ever been, even if it does not add a lot to the formula.

Like most 3D platformers, there are collectibles to gather and these contribute to the trophies. Then, there are certain challenges related to weapons. Many of them are obtainable without thinking. For the collectibles, just use a guide and it will not be a problem.

5 Life Is Strange: True Colors

13 Hours

The Life Is Strange games are all narrative-driven adventures. There is not a lot in the way of challenge, and most of the gameplay comes down to decision-making. All the same, earning the platinum trophy still forces players to find some collectibles scattered throughout the campaign.

This can all be done in True Colors in a single playthrough, though players will need to use a guide or a walkthrough. Some players might want to save it for a second playthrough, using the first run as just a way to enjoy and soak in the story.

4 The Medium

13 Hours

This one comes with a small caveat. While it is extremely easy to obtain every trophy for The Medium in a single playthrough, the frequent autosaving also means it is easy to mess up, forcing players to start all over again. There are also some trophies for gameplay achievements that players will most likely automatically acquire during a playthrough.

Players should use a guide every step of the way to avoid any annoying problems. The title only came to PS5 about a year after its initial launch on PC and Xbox. It should appeal to fans of old survival horror games, particularly Silent Hill.

3 A Plague Tale: Innocence

14 Hours

This narrative-driven action-adventure game does not present much in the way of challenge, which already makes it a great candidate for an easy PS5 platinum trophy. In addition to beating A Plague Tale: Innocence, nabbing the platinum trophy also includes doing a specific action during each chapter and getting all the collectibles.

Play the game with a guide and players should have no trouble getting the platinum. The last thing to do is fully upgrade the sling and equipment, which is easy to do as long as players collect all the supplies they find. Those who have yet to play should do so before diving into its sequel, A Plague Tale: Requiem.

2 SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom Rehydrated

14 Hours

Most people were elated to find out that SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom would be remade for the modern generation. The platformer wasn't anything special, but fans still have fond memories of playing one of the more competent licensed SpongeBob games.

The game isn't really all that challenging, with its comedic tone and imaginative levels being its strongest aspects. Players can easily blaze through this game and do everything necessary to get the Platinum in just under 15 hours.
