Social deduction game First Class Trouble released on Steam Early Access earlier this year, with confirmation of a PS4 and PS5 port coming later. Players will not have to wait much longer, as First Class Trouble is the first confirmed game for November 2021's PS Plus lineup.

One of the biggest trends to develop in gaming this year has been the social deduction game. Popularized by Among Us, these sorts of games task players with completing objectives while actively trying to survive against and determine the identity of a killer in their midst. Social deduction has grown so popular, in fact, that other games are starting to feature game modes that offer similar experiences, like Fortnite's Imposters game mode which recently received Among Us' blessing. First Class Trouble appeared in a leak for next month's PS Plus games, and it appears the leak was accurate.

Sony confirmed in the latest State of Play, that First Class Trouble is coming as one of November 2021's free PS Plus games for PS4 and PS5. The game is set in a futuristic, art-deco space station, where six Residents must try to escape, though it won't be easy, as two of them are Personoids, robots that look indistinguishable from the humans who are tasked with stopping the Residents. As is the case with other social deduction games, it is a game of trust as there are times where multiple players are required to progress through a certain route, allowing Personoids to potentially win over other players, then eventually stab them in the back. First Class Trouble is developed by Invisible Walls and Versus Evil.

Since First Class Trouble appeared on the recent PS Plus game leak, there is credence that the other games listed will eventually be confirmed as well. Supposedly joining First Class Trouble are Knockout City and Kingdom of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, the former being an addictive, cartoonish dodgeball game, and the latter being a remaster of the original action role-playing game from 2012. Additionally, in celebration of PS VR's 5th Anniversary, Sony is giving free VR games to PS Plus members monthly starting in November. The leak suggests that The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners is one of the included titles.

There is a little something for everyone in next month's PS Plus game lineup if the other rumored titles turn out to be true. Where Fortnite was called out by Among Us for its lack of originality with its Imposters mode, First Class Trouble seems like a pretty unique take on the social deduction genre, from its aesthetics to gameplay mechanics. Combine this potential with a more competitive, arcade-like game in Knockout City, a single-player RPG in Kingdom of Amalur: Re-Reckoning, and a terrifying VR experience in The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners, and there is a ton of variety in free games to play.

First Class Trouble is currently available on PC, and launches November 2 on PS4, and PS5.
