PlayStation Plus subscribers who are signed up for the Extra and Premium tiers will lose access to 32 games soon. It’s normal that some PS Plus games are delisted sometimes, but this time, the list is extensive, and it includes a few first-party blockbusters such as Marvel's Spider-Man.

PS Plus is the official PlayStation subscription service. Members can pick between three different tiers and enjoy free games, as well as play multiplayer titles online with friends. While subscribers of PS Plus Essential only get access to online content and a few games each month, Extra and Premium subscribers have hundreds of titles to play in the catalog. However, it seems that the customers who use the service may be disappointed soon.

Sony is set to remove 32 titles from PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers starting on May 16. These titles include a few first-party properties, as well as other exclusive games, and a few multi-platform ones. The most significant game on the list is Marvel's Spider-Man, a first-party blockbuster that is considered one of the best PS5 adventure games and will be sorely missed by fans of superhero games. Subscribers will lose access to its normal version and Game of the Year Edition.

However, Spider-Man is far from the only excellent game that is going to be unavailable for PS Plus subscribers in May. RPG fans will also lose access to one of the best RPGs in recent times, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, a realistic action-RPG that is set in the Kingdom of Bohemia in the early 15th century. Other significant titles include two Metro games, Metro: Last Light Redux, and Metro 2033 Redux. Gamers will also lose access to Shenmue 3, KONA, the remake of the original Resident Evil, Left Alive, Dreamfall Chapters, and more. Overall, it’s a pretty heavy loss for PlayStation gamers.

Not everything is bad news for PlayStation owners, though. During April, subscribers will be able to claim Meet Your Maker, Tails of Iron, and Sackboy: A Big Adventure. Plus, while games are removed from PS Plus Extra and Premium, new games are added to both tiers on a monthly basis as well, so there should be no shortage of games to play.
