The file sizes of the games coming to the Extra and Premium tiers of PlayStation Plus in May 2023 have now been revealed. PS Plus Extra and Premium members get an assortment of titles every month on top of the free games available to users in all three tiers.Sony recently revealed the list of games coming to PS Plus Extra and Premium in May 2023, confirming that some notable titles are joining the service in just a few days. Subscribers will be able to play games like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, The Evil Within 2, Thymesia, and more at no extra when the catalog refreshes. Now, the storage requirements for these games have been confirmed, giving users a better idea of how much space they may need to free up.RELATED: PS Plus Premium Update Adds Yet Another Game TrialRatchet & Clank: Rift Apart is probably the highlight this month, and PlayStation Game Size confirms that fans will need 34.553 GB of space to install it on their PS5 consoles. Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration need 14.401 GB and 14.672 GB of storage respectively, although Shadow of the Tomb Raider is much larger at 25.787 GB. PlayStation Game Size also reveals that Thymesia and Bus Simulator 21: Next Stop will take 5.819 GB and 5.515 GB of space.

More Bethesda games join PS Plus Extra this month, as The Evil Within 2 requires 29.750 GB to 31.803 GB on the console, with Wolfenstein: Youngblood needing 43.451 GB of space. Dishonored: Death of the Outsider takes up roughly 29 GB of space, but Dishonored 2 is a lot bigger, as it requires 52.397 to 53.666 GB of space. PlayStation Game Size clarifies that these sizes may differ by 1 or 2 GB depending upon the region.

Conan Exiles is a massive game, as it takes up a staggering 104.491 GB on PlayStation consoles, but the remaining titles are a lot smaller. PS Plus subscribers will need just 1.163 GB to play Lake on PS5, while Rain World and Rune Factory 4 Special take up 3.360 GB and 5.452 GB respectively.

Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin requires 6.658 GB, with Soundfall taking up 4.815 GB and 2.745 GB for the PS4 and PS5 versions respectively. Finally, gamers will need to free up 55.631 GB and 19.435 GB of space to download Watch Dogs: Legion and Ghostbusters: The VideoGame Remastered when the catalog refreshes, with the day one PS Plus release Humanity taking up 5 to 10 GB.
