Ahead of their release on March 21, Sony has confirmed the 17 games coming to PS Plus' Extra and Premium subscriptions. Three of the aforementioned games are available for PS Plus Premium subscribers, in addition to the 14 PS Plus Extra games. While PS Plus usually offers high-quality games, it's worth noting that this selection may be one of its best so far.

Of course, that's also the PS Plus free games for April 2023 worth considering. Already, Sony and Behaviour Interactive have confirmed that the latter's Meet Your Maker, a community-driven multiplayer game, will be available on the Essential Tier next month. More will be confirmed on Wednesday, March 29, but prior to that, there is plenty to check out on the service.

There's definitely a little something for everyone on this list, as quite a few are entries in beloved franchises, major AAA games, or cult classics. However, perhaps the most notable addition is the inclusion of two PSP games on PS Plus Premium. Since the service's launch, many fans have called for the inclusion of more PSP games, though others have instead been favored time and again. A few additions have come in the last few months, so perhaps there'll be more in the future.

Of course, there's always the chance that none of these games vibe with PS Plus subscribers. In that case, it's good to know that fans can expect the free game reveal in just a couple of weeks. Then, more PS Plus Extra and Premium games will come in the weeks after that. There's a constant influx of good games to the service, and that bodes well for the year.

PS Plus subscribers get a handful of games every month.
