Sony's PlayStation Plus subscription service has been a great boon for fans. This service allows for subscribed users to access some free games that are given out to them monthly. With the launch of the PlayStation 5, PS Plus has a pattern to its selection of games, usually being two free PS4 games and one free PS5 game. Some of these free games include single-player blockbusters such as Final Fantasy 7: Remake or multiplayer hits like Overcooked! All You Can Eat. Players are able to keep these games as long as they're subscribed to the service, giving a great incentive for them to try the service out.

While the main draw for some are the free PlayStation games, the service also allows players to participate in the online multiplayer components of their games, along with some deals exclusive to subscribers. These subscriptions can be paid for monthly, tri-monthly, or annually at a fixed price. However, a new deal will allow new fans to jump in and try the service out for one month at a heavily discounted price.

This new offer will allow fans to buy PlayStation Plus for only a dollar, as opposed to the normal price of $9.99 a month. This is perfect for those who have recently run out on their last subscription of PS Plus and can enjoy it for another month at a very low price, or get newer fans interested in this service. Considering that the games from this service are free to keep as long as they're subscribed, it's a steal to say the least.

There are a few caveats to this offer however. This is a very limited time deal, as this offer expires on September 26 at 11:59 PST. This deal also isn't available to existing subscribers and is currently only available on the US PSN store. There's no current word if this deal will be available to PlayStation users outside of the US.

Despite this limitation, there's a huge amount of games available that players can benefit from having thanks to this service. This deal can also net them greater discounts on the games currently on sale on the PlayStation Store, which can be found if they're a PS Plus member. Thanks to both of these offers, fans can now get a game they've also been eyeing on the store for a much more discounted price once they're subscribed to PlayStation Plus.
