Capcom just dropped a new action-filled trailer for the most-awaited remake of Resident Evil 3. Although the initial announcement last year already created a massive hype in the Resident Evil community, the new preview that showed more details about the game's characters and the iconic villain Nemesis, will definitely heighten the excitement of players looking forward to playing the game.  Now, for those who are now ready to pre-purchase Resident Evil 3 Remake, there is currently a good deal that lets players pre-order the game for a cheaper price.

Resident Evil 3 Remake is scheduled to release on April 3, 2020, and PC game retailer Green Man Gaming is currently offering the PC version of the upcoming game for $44.99, which is 25% cheaper than the original list price of $59.99. The game's page at Green Man Gaming lists the game at $46.79, but players can lower that to $44.99 upon entering the promo code RESI3VIL upon check out. It is currently unclear how long Green Man Gaming's discount on Resident Evil 3 Remake will last, so PC players looking to pre-order the game anyway should act now while the offer still stands.

Unfortunately, it appears that the discount is only available at Green Man Gaming, which means that players on the PS4 and Xbox One interested in getting the game would have to pre-purchase Resident Evil 3 at the full price of $59.99. Console players who are willing to pay full price anyway can pre-order Resident Evil 3 via the links below. Nonetheless, pre-ordering Resident Evil 3 would reward players with several bonuses that include a download code for the Classic Costume Pack, which will allow players to change Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveria's outfits to their original counterparts from the 1999 game.

Meanwhile, Capcom confirmed recently that Resident Evil 3 will not be getting the unlockable mode from the original game called The Mercenaries. To the uninitiated, The Mercenaries featured timed gameplay that required players to get from one point to another while facing hordes of zombies, monsters, and the relentless Nemesis. The mini-game featured the UBCS soldiers Carlos Oliveria, Mikhail Viktor, and Nikolai Zinoviev. The Mercenaries will be replaced with the previously revealed 4-v-1 asymmetrical multiplayer game called Resident Evil Resistance.

Resident Evil 3 Remake is set to release on April 3, 2020, for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
