Twitch streamer Imane "Pokimane" Anys might have revealed her boyfriend in a recent TikTok. In the past, Pokimane explained that she doesn't like sharing her personal relationships to the public, but fans often speculated about who she's dating.

Pokimane, or Poki for short, is one of the most successful Twitch streamers as she boasts of over 9.3 million followers. Although Pokimane's streaming schedule has changed, she still maintains a massive viewership whenever she goes live. Apart from streaming, Pokimane is also the co-founder of talent management company RTS, and the creative director of clothing brand Cloak.

Because of her popularity and influence, Pokimane has also been the topic of many controversies and rumors. A popular topic among her fanbase is her love life, which she doesn't like discussing with her viewers. But the rumor mill started running again after Pokimane posted a short Streamer Awards vlog on TikTok where she showed a "handsome man" sitting next to her and looking away from the camera. She didn't reveal who he was, but fans suggested it was the streamer's friend Kevin Kim, who has been rumored to be her boyfriend after showing up in her streams many times.

Last year, Pokimane and Kevin were asked on a Twitch stream if they were dating, which they didn't confirm or deny, but said that it was weird for anonymous people to ask personal questions like that to anyone. However, many fans still continued to ship the two, and Pokimane's recent TikTok video seemed to have made them hopeful that they're really in a relationship.

As of writing, neither Pokimane nor Kevin have addressed the online reactions. If it does end up being true, many fans would be happy and excited that their relationship might be real. At the same time, the Twitch streamer might also expect her fans, especially those who've followed her for a long time, to be respectful of her private life and relationships.

Public personalities like streamers and content creators are often uncomfortable about sharing every detail in their lives. Many of them prefer to keep their romantic relationships on the down low because they don't want fans meddling and creating unnecessary drama about their partners. Likewise, this is also why faceless streamers like Corpse Husband don't reveal their identities to prevent people from prying into their personal lives. It's also a matter of security, especially with doxxing and swatting cases becoming more rampant.
