Between today’s Pokemon Direct and the release of Blissey in Pokemon Unite, it has been a giant news week for fans of the franchise. The excitement isn’t slow down at all as the late summer and early fall continue and it looks like mobile users are about to get in on some of the fun, as well.

Since its announcement, Pokemon Unite was always planned to be a MOBA for both Nintendo Switch and mobile users. The Switch launch came first and built up a strong initial following and soon iOS and Android users will be getting access to the game, as well.

The mobile release is arriving on the same day for both iOS and Android users and the wait is nearly over. The launch for both platforms is coming on September 22, 2021 and fans of the game who are interested can actually pre-register right now.

When is Pokemon Unite Available on iOS and Android?

Pokemon Unite is coming to mobile on September 22!

Where to Pre-Register

You can pre-register through the app store for each respective platform...

iOS - App Store: https://apple.co/3AToP6I

Android - Google Play Store: https://bit.ly/3mdp6NF

The announcement of the mobile release also promises that players who pre-register for the mobile releases will be eligible for special rewards. That should help motivate some additional mobile users to pre-register ahead of time, though based on the Switch version’s popularity so far the mobile app may not need a ton of help cultivating an audience. It will be very interesting to see how well the controls work on the mobile version and whether competitive players can still engage with the game at a similar level from their phones.
