Several days ago, Nintendo released the Crown Tundra DLC for Pokemon Sword and Shield. As expected, the latest DLC expansion added new legendary Pokemon to the game, such as Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion. Now, it is important to know that the method of catching legendary Pokemon in Sword and Shield varies greatly from one species to another, which of course, makes it both a challenging and difficult task for players to embark on.

Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion, or better known for their collective name as the Swords of Justice, were first featured in Pokemon X and Y on the Nintendo 3DS. Over the course of Crown Tundra's story, players will encounter Sonia who will inform the player that the Swords of Justice Pokemon are currently wandering around the Crown Tundra. Luckily for players, these legendary Pokemon have laid tracks around the region, making it slightly easier to track and catch them, especially since the tracks of each of these legendary Pokemon can be found in specific areas of the map.

Once players are able to rack up 100 percent of the evidence, which is 50 tracks per Pokemon, they can talk to Sonia (who is located in Freezington), and she will inform players where each of the legendary Pokemon is located. The conversation with Sonia will trigger their appearance in the overworld, allowing players to battle and catch them, so players shouldn't forget to find her after collecting all the necessary tracks for each of the Pokemon. Another important thing to remember is that while each of the tracks can be found in specific areas of the map, they will appear randomly in those areas, so players may not find them in the exact place as other players did.

Moreover, it is important to remember that players don't have to track all three Pokemon at once, given that they can collect each of the Pokemon's tracks individually and then talk to Sonia to unlock the chance to encounter them in the Crown Tundra DLC. After tracking them and talking to Sonia, players will find each of the legendary Pokemon at a specific location. Terrakion can be found in the Lakeside Cave, Cobalion in the Frigid Sea, and Virizion in Giant's Bed.

Lastly, once players are able to capture all three Pokemon, they will also unlock an encounter with Keldeo by heading to Ballimere Lake. To trigger the encounter, players must make a curry with a pot located by the lake while having Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion on their team. If done correctly, Keldeo will appear for a Pokemon Battle.
