[UPDATE: The names of Ancient and Future Donphan have been confirmed to be Great Tusk and Iron Treads, per the latest Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer. This reveal confirms that this leak was indeed fake. Original story follows.]

Many fans have been anticipating real leaks from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, as early copies end up in the hands of some consumers, and now a handful of leaks out in the wild. It seems to be a very leaky game season so far, with Sonic Frontiers and God of War Ragnarok struggling with leaks ahead of their launches. By nature, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are a little different though.

Whereas many fans' enjoyment of Sonic Frontiers and God of War Ragnarok story leaks, many have been hoping the creatures of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet would get properly revealed and, if not, leaked. There are quite a few reasons for this, such as thinking of team comp ahead of launch, wanting to pick the cutest/best Pokemon of each type, and impacting which starter Pokemon to use. Neither The Pokemon Company nor Game Freak have been really giving this year, which has resulted in a number of major leaks.

Now, shortly after images of Fuecoco's evolution in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet leak online, an entire list of new Pokemon is being circulated on the internet. It has appeared on Reddit, Twitter, and Pastebin, plus more, indicating that it's moving quite speedily. However, it should be noted that this could be a made-up list released at the right time to go viral; it doesn't come from known leakers like Riddler Khu or Kaka.

That said, it does seem to line up well with what's been leaked so far about several Pokemon Scarlet and Violet creatures. It includes the known legendary quartet, it doesn't include the third legendary which is said to appear in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC, new evolutions of older Pokemon, and the types associated with each of the Paradox Pokemon seemingly line up as well. If this list is fake, it is an extremely unique and well-done fake. POTENTIAL SPOILERS FOLLOW.
