Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are just days away from release as of this writing, but much of the games have leaked online, including the "optimal route" to take through the games. The ROM ended up in the hands of many fans online, who have shared leaks of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's starters, legendaries, Paradox Pokemon, and far more. Indeed, social media is covered in these leaks, so fans who don't want heavy spoilers should be careful online.

As many know, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are open-world games featuring three major storylines. However, despite this change, there is no level scaling, meaning fans could end up not fighting a certain gym or Titan Pokemon until they are insanely overpowered for it. Interestingly, it's reported fans can go straight to the Elite Four, though they won't be able to battle them until they complete the Gym Challenge. This speaks to the breadth of the game, though the exclusion of level scaling could end up making some major elements end up feeling too easy.

For those worried about the level scaling in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Twitter user Tobi_386 has outlined the levels associated with each Gym Leader, Team Star Leader, and Titan Pokemon through the game, letting players advance all three storylines near simultaneously without having to grind or skipping over a week one.

Tobi recommends players complete the various Pokemon Scarlet and Violet storylines in this order: Gym Leader Katy (level 15), Titan Klawf (Level 16), Gym Leader Brassius (level 17), Bombirdier Titan (level 19), Team Star Leader Giacomo (level 21), Gym Leader Iono (level 24), Team Star Leader Mela (level 27), Titan Orthworm (level 28), Gym Leader Kofu (level 30), Team Star Leader Atticus (level 33), Gym Leader Larry (level 36), Gym Leader Ryme (level 42), Titan Great Tusk/Iron Treads (Level 44), Gym Leader Tulip (level 45), Gym Leader Grusha (level 48), Team Star Leader Ortega (level 51), Titan Tatsugiri (level 55), and Gym Leader Eri (level 56).

Of course, this may not account for travel across the Paldea region, so it's uncertain if it takes longer to reach one of these locations than the other. And with the fact that the official games are not out yet, there could be changes or other information missing that would change the route. Still, if this is close, it could be a great resource for players.

After all, despite the leaks, none of this seems to be stopping the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet hypetrain. Many, if anything, are even more eager for their upcoming release.
