Reliable Pokemon Scarlet and Violet leaks appeared online showcasing Fuecoco's and Smoliv's evolutions as they happen in the overworld, with the leaker also posting a screenshot of one of Tauros' new regional forms as it fights against a trainer. After a long and strange reveal cycle for Gen 9 games that only consisted of 21 Pokemon revealed for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet ahead of launch, some fans were not expecting screenshots and pictures of the game to leak as early as 10 days before release. However, confirming many of the leaks from Riddler Khu and others in the past few months, early images of Gen 9 games are starting to surface online.

This is likely just the beginning of a longer thread of leaks, and because the person sharing the pictures chose Fuecoco as their starter Pokemon, fans of the fiery crocodile will get to see its final evolution before the rest, it seems. In fact, the pictures at hand only showcase Fuecoco's middle-stage evolution, which does however have the characteristics described by Riddler Khu in past months, such as a flaming egg on top of its head.

The pictures were shared by a Twitter account called PearlEnthusiast which has actively taken part in the leak season leading to November. The first picture to be shared was that of Smoliv's first evolution, which is more humanoid in shape and could be called Dolliv if the name remains the same in the English version of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, which is likely to be the case. The second picture portrays Paldean Tauros as it attacks a Grimer, and it seems the trainer using it is actually Nemona, one of the rivals in Gen 9. Lastly, the third image is that of Fuecoco's middle-stage evolution, which is apparently called Crocalor.

Dolliv apparently loses Smoliv's characteristic frightened expression in favor of a more neutral one, and its traits take more human-like shapes, which is something Riddler Khu and other leakers had hinted at in the past. Paldean Tauros is also a black version of Kantonian Tauros, as the leaks stated, and it's allegedly one of three regional forms the Pokemon is getting in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, with this one supposedly being a pure Fighting-type. Crocalor seems to retain the shape of Fuecoco, but it becomes a bit bigger and gains a flaming egg on its head that vaguely resembles a sombrero hat.

Dolliv makes sense as the English name of Smoliv's evolution considering that it does look more like a doll than its base form but also grows an extra olive on top of its head. Similarly, Fuecoco's evolution being called Crocalor makes sense with the theme the Pokemon tries to convey, as it retains the crocodile suffix of its base form and goes from "fuego" to "calor," Spanish words meaning "fire" and "heat," respectively. Lastly, Paldean Tauros does seem a tad too similar to Kantonia Tauros, but its picture is the least focused of the bunch. More Pokemon Scarlet and Violet leaks could come in the next few hours, so interested fans may want to keep an eye on Twitter for more early reveals.
