It has been over five months since Pokemon Scarlet and Violet were first revealed on Pokemon Day, and many fans are eager to know more about Gen 9 games and the creatures they include. Tomorrow, Pokemon fans will be able to watch the Pokemon Presents streaming that will include news about Gen 9, likely in the form of the third trailer for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet that could finally show more critters and the main battle gimmick. In the second trailer, The Pokemon Company revealed that Gen 9 will have a co-op mode and that the box Legendaries for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will be Koraidon and Miraidon, respectively.

Recently, a known Pokemon leaker hinted at the third Legendary for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, with it possibly being based on the present, whereas Koraidon is an ancient creature and Miraidon is a futuristic Pokemon. Other alleged leaks and rumors also delve into how Koraidon and Miraidon will actually be ridable Pokemon early on in Generation 9, with the former turning into a bike and the latter into a jet of some sort, allowing players to travel in between cities relatively fast.

Pictures of the new official merchandise for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet surfaced online today, and it seems that the design for one of the items depicts Koraidon in a bike-like form and Miraidon as some sort of aquatic jet. It's possible that this is indeed the case, albeit it's not officially confirmed yet, but Koraidon's pose does make the Pokemon look like it's tucked its limbs in to turn into a bike, with just one arm outstretched to possibly represent the fender in front of the wheel.

Koraidon's pose, on the other hand, is more visible and more akin to an aquatic means of transportation, possibly one that's similar to Pokemon Sword and Shield's water-surfing bike. If this is the case, then it's likely that both Koraidon and Miraidon will have more forms in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet to allow players to move across the region in various ways. Koraidon could have a rock-climbing form and Miraidon could have a flying mode, assuming that Gen 9 will let players explore the skies like in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Unlike Pokemon Legends: Arceus, however, leakers are claiming that Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will be missing a fan-favorite feature in the form of evolving Pokemon from the comfort of the menu, whenever players want to. Still, these bits of information remain to be verified, and it's possible that Koraidon and Miraidon won't have early game forms, and Pokemon will be able to evolve from the menu. Tomorrow's trailer could finally shed some light on these matters, though.
