A talented member of the Pokemon community brings a few of the game's most popular creatures to life by creating small, terrarium-like environments housed within each Pokemon's Poke Ball. The mysterious items known as Poke Balls have long been an icon for the Pokemon franchise, and while many fans have their own ideas of what they're like for Pokemon on the inside, this artist strives to create a small personal home for every fan-favorite creature.

Widely used by Trainers throughout the world of Pokemon, Poke Balls come in many different types which each offer certain benefits and aesthetic appearances. These artificial devices are what allow Trainers to catch Pokemon and carry them around on their travels, though their simple yet iconic design has become a symbol of the franchise in the real world. The obscure nature of these devices has led many fans to create their own artistic interpretations of what the inside of a Poke Ball would look like for an inhabiting Pokemon, which have taken the forms of colorful paintings and three-dimensional models alike.

With the inherent mysteries of the Poke Ball largely remaining unsolved throughout the 9 generations of Pokemon games and the 27 years that the series has been around, many creative fans still endeavor to create cute and colorful homes for their beloved Pokemon. One fan of the series known only as khkrafts95 on Reddit has continued this trend by making their own 3D Poke Ball models, each of which contains a personal terrarium for the inhabiting Pokemon. These examples feature the creator's latest works, which include unique designs for Pikachu, Sylveon, and Bulbasaur respectively. Pokemon fans are encouraged to check out the creator's other work as well, which even features snowglobe-like Pokemon terrariums themed around Christmas and Halloween.

With the most recent additions to the core series of Pokemon games, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, the total number of unique Pokemon species has now climbed to over 1000. Such an influx of new creature designs has inspired no end of new artwork from an already creative community, and the addition of mysterious new Paradox Pokemon has led to countless clever redesigns of existing fan-favorite Pokemon from previous games.

Though the new Pokemon games have received their fair share of criticisms due to prevalent bugs and performance issues, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are confirmed to have DLC on the way that promises to introduce even more places, characters, and Pokemon for players to experience. The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC will feature two expansions, The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk, and will allow fans to continue their adventures into new places beyond the Paldea region.
