Pokemon fans are spoiled for choice when it comes to plush versions of their favorite pocket monsters, and they will soon have a more specific type of plush to add to the list in the form of a napping Pikachu and Gengar, perfect for any fan that’s fantasized about holding a cuddly sleeping creature on their lap.

These new officially-licensed “Relax at Home” plushies come courtesy of Takara Tomy and will be coming out on April 1, 2021. Both sleepy Pikachu and Gengar are available to pre-order now on Amazon Japan, but they will not come cheap, as both cost 11,000 yen, or approximately $105. Although that’s high for a lot of fans, it’s relatively cheap compared to the more costly Pokemon plushies out there, so it’s likely these will sell out before long.

As far as size goes, the sleepy Pikachu and Gengar are definitely on the larger side. According to the Amazon listings, Pikachu is 36 x 74 x 32 cm, while Gengar is at 50 x 44 x 51 cm. That’s big enough to provide Pokemon fans with something to really wrap their arms around while they relax, and big enough that they can even use them as adorable pillows. Unfortunately, though, it looks like these plushies don’t come with a USB heater.

With the Relax at Home plushes set to debut early next year, fans will be able to celebrate Pokemon’s 25th anniversary in a cozy fashion, and it can’t come soon enough. After the particularly stressful year everyone’s been through, no one can be blamed for wanting to just relax and cuddle something big and soft.
