The classic Kanto region in Pokemon Let’s Go is filled with plenty of Pokemon to track down and catch. While many Pokemon are easy to find thanks to the Pokedex's habitat locator, there are some elusive ones that do not appear on the habitat map and must be found at random across some of the region's routes. Pokemon like Dragonite, Porygon, and the legendary birds can actually be found wandering the region if players know where to look. Here is where players can find all of the rare spawn Pokemon in the game.

The best way to draw rare Pokemon out is to use Lures, a new item in Pokemon Let’s Go. These lures raise the spawn rate for any rare Pokemon for a short time, which should help players track down these hard-to-find Pokemon. Players can buy Lures from the PokeMart after defeating Misty in Cerulean City.

Players should also try to get a catch combo of 31+ if they want the best chances of finding rare Pokemon. The spawn rate for rare Pokemon is increased by six times if players have a catch rate going of 31+, so when combined with lures then players can very easily track down these rare finds. The list below is organized by Pokedex number so players can easily find the specific rare Pokemon they are looking for.

#001 Bulbasaur – Viridian Forest or Given as a Gift.

#004 Charmander – Route 3, Route 4, Rock Tunnel, or Given as a Gift.
