In a month, The Pokemon Company is releasing its new installments to the Pokemon franchise entitled Pokemon Sword and Shield. The developer recently released new footage of Pokemon Sword and Sheild's first town in preparation for the game's upcoming launch. However, those who may have missed out on previous titles in the franchise are in for a treat. Amazon is currently offering amazing deals on both Pokemon Let's Go Eevee and Let's Go Pikachu, which are games released back in 2018 for the Nintendo Switch.

Amazon is currently offering Pokemon Let's Go Eevee for $29.99, which is 50% off its original list price of $59.99. This isn't the first time that the game's price was reduced by half, given that Amazon also sold the game at that price during Prime Day. While both Pokemon Let's Go Eevee and Let's Go Pikachu retained some elements in the main series, it introduced new mechanics in capturing Pokemon, which is similar to the style of the hit mobile game, Pokemon GO.

On the other hand, players who want to purchase Let's Go Pikachu can also get the game at a reduced price, but not as cheap as Let's Go Eevee. Amazon is offering Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu for $44.64, which is only $15 cheaper than its original list price of $59.99. Players interested in picking up either game can check out this list of 30 awesome side quests hidden in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee to get you started.

Meanwhile, The Pokemon Company recently held a 24-hour live stream showcasing in-game footage for the upcoming games, Pokemon Sword and Shield. While the broadcast was mostly uneventful, the final minutes showed the Galarian Ponyta, which is now confirmed to be a Psychic-type Pokemon as opposed to Fairy-type that most people predicted. Unfortunately, nothing was revealed about the Galarian form of Ponyta's evolved form, which puts Galarian Rapidash in a cloud of mystery.

Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee are available now exclusively to the Nintendo Switch.
