Pokemon GO's October Community Day just ended, but it's never too early to start planning for what's aheads. As players start to head into the chilly Community Day months, it sounds like November will attempt to warm them up with a spotlight on the Fire-type Cyndaquil.

Although Cyndaquil's family of evolutions may not be the most exciting for the metagame, this event will offer the opportunity to track down some new shiny monsters. Pokemon GO players who want every variant spawn available can always count on Community Day events to add to their collection of shiny monsters and November shouldn't be any different.

Here's a look at the models for Cyndaquil, Quilava, And Typhlosion...

Some users on Reddit are already complaining that the shiny Cyndaquil family isn't the most exciting looking, but that certainly won't stop the completionists from spending three hours tracking down the monster when the November event arrives.

Collecting shiny Pokemon doesn’t give the trainer any kind of advantage in battle, but it is still a fun additional challenge to add into the game. Shiny Pokemon are perfect for leaving in Gyms to show off to the rest of the community.

Check back for more news and updates about the upcoming event as we get closer to November. Until then, good luck out there, trainers.
