March 2022 has arrived and Pokemon GO trainers are in for a very exciting month. In addition to a brand-new calendar of events and the kick off of the latest in-game season, the new month will also bring another legendary and mega raid rotation. As always, there are some very powerful Legendary and Mega bosses preparing to make an appearance once the new month arrives.
This month should be particularly exciting for Pokemon GO raiders, thanks to a brand-new Legendary debut. The new debut, Tapu Koko, is already out in the wild, which means that players should have plenty of motivation to get out, find some friends, and start cashing in those daily Raid Passes in exchange for a potential new Legendary encounter.
March kicks off with the Tapu Koko Battle Raids, but it won’t be long before Therian Forme Tornadus shows up to take over halfway through the month. There is a bit of mystery this time around as well, since a third Legendary will rotate in for the final month of March that Niantic isn’t ready to reveal quite yet.
There are a few Mega Bosses in the rotation as well, so keep an eye out for those to pick up some of Mega Candy as a reward next month.

February Raid Hour Schedule
Every Wednesday in March, a Raid Hour event will occur from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. local time. The following Pokemon will be featured.
- March 2: Tapu Koko
- March 9: Tapu Koko
- March 16: Therian Forme Tornadus
- March 23: ???
- March 30: ???
Players should keep in mind that it's possible that additional Battle Raids may show up as surprise events come and go throughout the coming month and that there are already some surprises promised for the last week of the month. Keep an eye on the nearby radar for anything particularly exciting or surprising as the first weeks of the March 2022 rotation play out.
