Pokemon GO players are going to have a great chance to finally finish off that Kanto Pokedex in the coming weeks thanks to the Ultra Bonus Rewards that the community unlocked during the summer's three major in-person events. The region exclusives have been holding many players back from hitting 151/151, but that is about to change.

Thanks to the Ultra Reward Bonuses, Pokemon GO players are going to get a chance to pick up all of the Gen 1 regional exclusives, though it will still take some work. These Pokemon are joining the Alolan variants in 7km eggs until the end of September, so players who still need them should plan to do a lot of walking in the next few weeks.

"Farfetch’d, Kangaskhan, Mr. Mime, and Tauros will be joining the Alolan Pokémon in 7 km Eggs through the end of September!"

For those who are unaware, players recieve 7km eggs by accepting Gifts from other players on their friend list. Be sure to open up some new gifts when you have egg spaces open in order to have the chance to receive a 7km egg. Those eggs are then hatched like any other, by putting them in an incubator and walking the required distance.

This is an exciting opportunity, but it's not around for very long. For players who definitely want to pick up all of the regions, it may be wise to purchase some super incubators and plan on doing a lot of extra walking for the rest of September. This is a rare chance to pick up all of those Pokedex spots without traveling, so it may be worth dropping some coins.
