Pokemon GO Fest 2020 has all sorts of special events and encounters for players. One of these encounters is the increased spawn rates for both Dialga and Palkia in raids.
These legendary Pokemon are some of the best of their primary typing, with Palkia being one of the best water-type Pokemon in Pokemon GO and Dialga being one of the best steel-types. Because of this, trainers are highly recommended to go after these Pokemon.
The biggest obstacle that comes with challenging these Pokemon is in how strong they are, especially during their raids. Players will need to be part of quite the group of trainers in order to properly take any of these Pokemon down. However, these are the best Pokemon for the job when dealing with Palkia.
Palkia is a dual water and dragon-type Pokemon. This means that it resists steel, fire, and water-type moves. However, it is weak to dragon and fairy-type moves. This means that these are the types to bring along for this tough raid battle.

As a reminder, even the best parties can be overwhelmed by Palkia if there aren't enough trainers. Thankfully with remote raids and the ability for some players to invite friends to raids, it's now easier than ever to build up groups of trainers to take down even the toughest of Pokemon. With Palkia being a great Pokemon to help with PVP battles and raids alike, beating its raid should be a high priority for all trainers.
