Pokemon GO's Eggstravaganza 2019 event is now live, challenging players to hatch as many eggs as possible. Like with other Pokemon GO events, Eggstravaganza 2019 comes with its own set of Field Research quests and rewards, and as many expected, the Eggstravangaza quests all revolve around hatching eggs.

There are three Eggstravaganza 2019 quests in Pokemon GO, and players will get them from most of the PokeStops they spin while the quest is live. With that in mind, anyone who wants to participate in the Pokemon GO Eggstravaganza 2019 event and complete its Field Research quests will want to make it a point to play the game between now and when the event ends on April 23 at 1:00pm PDT.

In the meantime, here are all the Pokemon GO Eggstravaganza 2019 quests and rewards:

pokemon go eggstravaganza 2019 field research quests and rewards
  • Hatch an Egg - Buneary
  • Hatch 3 Eggs - Azumarill
  • Hatch 5 Eggs - Chansey

Chansey is a relatively rare Pokemon, so the chance to add a Chansey to one's Pokemon GO collection will be hard to pass up for players. Chansey's evolved form Blissey is also notable for its effectiveness as a gym defender, making Chansey an even more valuable Pokemon than it would be otherwise.

Meanwhile, there is a shiny Buneary in Pokemon GO now that the Eggstravaganza 2019 event is live. Shiny Buneary can be hatched from eggs, and it can also be found out in the wild. Another aspect of the Pokemon GO Eggstravaganza event is that the spawn rate for Buneary has increased dramatically, so players have a much better chance at catching a shiny Buneary in the game.

Pokemon GO players can enjoy some other bonuses while they're out hatching eggs. Eggs will hatch at a faster rate, players will get double candy for Pokemon they hatch from eggs, and Lucky Eggs will last twice as long. Additionally, Pichu, Magby, and and Smoochum have been added to the 2km egg pool, giving Pokemon GO players plenty of reasons to get out and hatch eggs this week.

Pokemon GO is out now for iOS and Android mobile devices.
