In Pokemon GO, players can compete in the GO Battle League to achieve various prizes. Players who make it to rank 7 or higher in the GO Battle League are awarded with an Elite Fast TM or an Elite Charge TM. The moves taught via these TMs are powerful and hard to get normally.

With the new season having started on May 11th, players will want powerful moves for the GO Battle League and various raids. However, players shouldn't use their Elite TMs right away, as they shouldn't waste it on a Pokemon that's less useful.

What can be said to be the best possible move to be taught from an Elite Charge TM is the Psychic type move, Shadow Ball. It has 100 base power and can be taught to a variety of Pokemon from Gardevoir to Spoink. However, only one Pokemon can be taught it from an Elite Charge TM and that is the legendary Pokemon, Mewtwo.

Mewtwo can be caught with Shadow Ball, but only through an event that has long since passed. Due to this, Shadow Ball serves as one of the best legacy moves available and probably the best use of an Elite Charged TM. Its own power combined with Mewtwo's power can help to quickly take troublesome Pokemon down in tough battles.

Players who've participated in the Kanto Throwback event may have been able to nab a Mewtwo of their own recently. This new catch is perfect to use an Elite Charged TM on in order to get Shadow Ball. Having this move can help turn the tables in both PVE and PVP battles in Pokemon GO.

With the new season of Pokemon GO's GO Battle League starting, players will want to climb the ranks in order to get prizes such as the Elite Charged TMs. Players don't need to leave their homes in order to compete and can also use this time to complete the Johto Throwback Event currently taking place. Players can also look forward to the upcoming Seedot Community Day event that will introduce the shiny versions of Seedot's evolutionary line.
