Pokemon GO players who have yet to miss a day of Field Research are likely about to reach their fourth Research Breakthrough. This milestone will be reached on April 26, but thanks to Pokemon GO players in some other time zones, the community has been able to confirm another week of Moltres encounters.

Although many players are likely a little disappointed to have seven days of work rewarded with yet another Moltres encounter, it shouldn't really come as a major surprise. Although Niantic hasn't commented on the length of each Research Breakthrough reward, the popular theory has been that each one will stick around for a month.

If that is the case, then hopefully next week will see the first rotation and some fresh rewards. There are many popular theories about what the next reward will be, but the most popular is that one of the other Gen one legendary birds will take Molt's place.

Although the Moltres encounter may no longer be exciting for some players, they are still a good opportunity to snag some extra candy for that legendary bird and power it up.

In addition to the encounter, there are also some other rewards players may be able to pick up. Anyone with all seven stamps will have a shot at unlocking some other rewards as well, including 2,000 stardust, three Rare Candies, 3,000 XP, five Ultra Balls, and five Pinap Berries.

Hopefully next week we'll have a more exciting Breakthrough update to report. Until then, good luck out there trainers!
