For the past month or so, Pokemon GO players have had the opportunity to work through the Celebi Special Research quest for a chance to add the grass/psychic-type mythical Pokemon to their collection. Players that have been working hard on the quests may have finally made it to the seventh page of objectives, which asks them to catch 40 grass- or psychic-type Pokemon if they hope to catch Celebi.
Players who have reached this page of objectives in Pokemon GO's Celebi Special Research quest may be wondering which psychic- and grass-type Pokemon are in the game, so they know where to focus their efforts. The following is a list of all the grass-types and psychic-types that are currently available in Pokemon GO (minus Celebi, of course), which includes Pokemon from the first three generations of games.
Grass-Type Pokemon
If players managed to get to the seventh page of the Celebi Special Research quest prior to the recent Chikorita Community Day, then they very well may have caught all 40 of the required Pokemon with Chikorita alone. If not, then grass-type should still be easier to catch than psychic-type Pokemon, as some of them are fairly common, like Oddish and Bellsprout.

Psychic-Type Pokemon
In Pokemon GO, psychic-type Pokemon are generally more difficult to find than grass-types, but there is an upcoming event that may give players the chance to catch 40 psychic-type Pokemon rather easily. That's because Niantic is hosting Beldum Community Day on October 21, which means that the psychic- and steel-type Pokemon will be available in essentially infinite quantities for a three hour period. Otherwise, there are plenty of other psychic-type Pokemon for fans to keep an eye out for while they're out and about playing Pokemon GO.

While players are out catching all the grass- and psychic-type Pokemon they can find, they should also be going for the other challenges on the seventh page of the Celebi Special Research quest. This includes getting a gold Johto medal by catching the bulk of the Johto region Pokemon available in the game, as well as getting an excellent curveball throw. Landing an excellent curveball throw in Pokemon GO can be tricky, but players will succeed if they are persistent enough.
