It's a new month, which means a new world of rewards and encounters for Pokemon GO players. In addition to the opportunity to earn Articuno encounters, trainers also have some new pokemon that will be sighted after completing regular Field Research quests.

The rotation adds in a slew of water-themed pokemon and there is a lot to be excited about. Dratini and Chansey are on the list of potential encounters, which already makes it one of the most exciting months to date. In addition to those two, Absol is also sure to catch the eye of many Pokemon GO trainers.

The rewards for June are pretty impressive and players should have plenty of motivation to get out and complete multiple quests per day, in addition to the desire to earn Research Breakthroughs.

For players who want to hunt down a specific quest to find a particular reward, the best route is to connect with a local group of players who call out Field Research locations on Discord, Facebook Chat, or other group chat tools. These tools used to be primarily used by PoGO players to organize Battle Raids, but now that there are some high value Field Research rewards, most groups are also dedicating a channel to sharing Research locations.
