There has been no shortage of Pokemon merchandise since the franchise debuted years ago. Pokemon has become more than just an anime and video game series, allowing people to dive into the franchise in more ways than one. Fans of the series can get their hands on cards, figures, plushes, clothing, and much more.

One of the most popular Pokemon is Gengar, a pocket monster originally introduced in Pokemon Red and Blue, with its evolutionary line being the only Ghost-Type in those games. Gengar has become a favorite for many players, including one fan who has put together an awesome collection of merchandise featuring the creature.

A Redditor known as izieg shared an image of the Gengar collection that they have put together so far. In the picture it can be seen that there a good number of different items, including various figures of the Pokemon. There are also trading cards in both English and Japanese, with a nicely graded piece sitting in the back along with an oversized holographic card. There are also a few differently sized plushes of Gengar, as well as a poster leaning against the wall. The collection that izieg has built so far is impressive and, according to them, will keep on growing.

The picture that izieg posted has received a number of comments from other users. Many have noticed the figure of Gengar featuring a buff body, with one commenter stating that it is amazing. One Redditor mentions to izieg that they at least know what they like, as the commenter cannot even choose their favorite Pokemon. Another says that they do not even think that there is this much merchandise for both of their favorite pocket monsters put together. One commenter brings up that there is no Mega Gengar merchandise in the collection, though that may change in the future as izieg continues to gather pieces featuring the Pokemon.

The Gengar lot that izieg has brought together is not the only impressive pocket monster collection. A fan going by the handle K1ros has put together an impressive collection of Pokemon Nanoblock figures. What K1ros has amassed includes creatures such as the Kanto starters, Mew with a PokeBall, Mega Charizard X and Y, and the legendary bird trio. The collection is quite impressive and must have taken a lot of time to put together. The collections that izieg and K1ros have built are both labors of love and show a dedication to one of the most legendary franchises to ever release.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will release in 2022 for Nintendo Switch.
