For obvious reasons, it seems Japan always gets the best Pokémon-related content or locations, as Giovanni’s Nidoking was recently released as a Pokémon GO raid boss exclusively for the island nation. Now, a permanent upcoming Pokémon-themed Café based in Tokyo has shown off its rather-savory menu, which contains several items such as various Pikachu dishes, an Eevee burger, and a Gengar smoothie. If that wasn’t enough, the Pokémon Café also opens soon, on March 14, 2018.

However, reservations are required to get into the Pokémon Café for now. They go on sale at 6 pm on March 5, and reservations can be made through April 5. Every customer also has to order at least two items, but exclusive merchandise will also be available in the Café. Customers should also expect a rather pricey trip, as high prices are the norm among theme-based cafes. Reservations will be available on the website here.

While it seems likely that the Pokémon Café will eventually become first-come, first-serves, it is even likelier that its opening days will be completely hectic. After all, an Eeveelution-related float drink, Mimikyu’s Choco-Banana Crepe, and Pikachu’s Greedy plate all sound completely delectable and satisfying. (The aforementioned items are a rough translation of the Café’s Japanese menu.) Check out these pictures of the Pokémon Café and some of its menu items below:

It is also noteworthy that the Bulbasaur-themed Community Day takes place a few days after the café opens. If the café will be doing something special for the popular Pokémon GO event, it remains unknown at this time, but it wouldn’t be surprising. A Bulbasaur-themed plate on Bulbasaur day would most likely be pretty expensive, as the Eevee burger appears to be roughly $20 USD.

Perhaps the café will simply be too busy to cater to the upcoming Community day. As the event continues to be a popular event, it seems likely that the café would want to cater to upcoming Community days (and these Pokémon need a community day) Regardless, the Pokémon Café seems to be expecting a lot of business, and hopefully, everything goes well for the café in its opening days.

The Pokémon Café opens March 14. Pokemon GO is currently available for Android and iOS devices in select regions.
