The Pokemon community has a lot to be excited about in the next few months. New updates were recently shared regarding Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in the latest Pokemon Presents, which will likely inspire the player base to get creative and produce a lot of fan art to share with fellow community members. For example, another Pokemon fan took inspiration from the original Kanto region starter Bulbasaur, crafting a beautiful embroidered piece of the pocket monster.

Pokemon fans seem to always be making something new and interesting based on their favorite Pokemon. Though there are more than 900 Pokemon in the current roster, spanning across the nine generations, long-time fans seem to still have a soft spot for the Kanto region's original starter Pokemon. This can be seen in the constant and current production of fan art and pieces based on Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle that the community posts online.

On Reddit, user NeedlePig shared the impressive Bulbasaur embroidered piece that they crafted recently. Using a green-colored cloth as the artwork's background, NeedlePigs's piece looks very neat and accurate, capturing the well-known features of one of the most popular Grass-type Pokemon in the series. Fans will likely also appreciate the different stitches that the Redditor used for their piece and how they only used certain stitches in specific parts of the Pokemon's body such as Bulbasaur's bulb, spots, eyes, mouth, and claws.

According to NeedlePig's Instagram profile, custom embroidered artwork is something that they regularly produce, and this is not the first Pokemon piece that they have crafted. In their Instagram profile, they also shared the custom stitched pieces of the other Kanto region starters like the Water-type Squirtle and Fire-type Charmander. Other video game series that can be spotted in NeedlePig's portfolio include Death Stranding, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Kirby, and Among Us. What's more, they also make pieces for animated series like Adventure Time and Studio Ghibli films.

Those interested in NeedlePig's custom embroidered pieces can easily commission work on the artist's provided links. So far they seem to have only posted a few pieces from the Pokemon universe, which include the three Kanto region starters, Magikarp, and Gengar. Hopefully they will continue their work and make more embroidered Pokemon pieces. With Pokemon Scarlet and Violet coming this November 2022, the community and fan base would likely love to see the three new Paldea starters in their cute embroidered forms.
