Fans of the remastered Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will definitely have something to look forward to this upcoming Christmas Eve. Going with the trend of popular video game franchises holding holiday events, The Pokemon Company has followed suit. Recently, the company made a surprise announcement that it will be hosting an orchestra concert based on Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl's soundtracks.

This special orchestrated concert seems to only be a part of the game's seasonal celebrations for its fans. Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl's current holiday event rewards fans with decorative statues that they can use to adorn their Secret Base in-game. Given that the title just launched this November 2021, it seems only proper for The Pokemon Company to theme their events and holiday celebrations with the latest release from their video game lineup.

What seems to be most interesting about the Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl special event is that it will be broadcasted live over The Pokemon Company's official YouTube channel. The event will start on December 24, 09:00 UTC. Though the news came officially through the company's Japanese Twitter account, it seems that Pokemon fans all over the world will be able to access the channel and enjoy the music no matter where they are. Though many companies are likely looking forward to hosting physical events and seeing their audience in person again, this is likely still the safest way to host any upcoming number of festive celebrations.

Both YouTube and Twitter accounts have not revealed anything about the concert's setlist. However, the team has shared that the "Battle! VS. Champion Cynthia" theme will be one of the featured songs in the concert. According to both accounts, the theme song was the most popular in a recent poll held by the team. Given that Cynthia is the game's Pokemon League Champion, it seems only appropriate that many fans would consider her battle theme song as the most memorable within the game.

With only a few hours left, fans of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl should open up a separate tab for the concert on their browsers. With all the happenings going on during the holidays, it seems easy to forget a scheduled online event. Hopefully when the event starts and the music begins, Pokemon fans will be reminded to sit down and enjoy the orchestrated concert event that The Pokemon Company has organized for its community.
