PlayStation's expansion into the PC market has been a longtime in the making. The selection of titles currently available is pretty limited, but a new leak hints that more PlayStation games are on their way to PC.

There once was quite a divide between gaming on PC and on console, but recent years has seen the two markets merge closer and closer together. Much of this is due to the effort of Microsoft to make Xbox a universal platform, where its first-party games are available not just on its consoles, but on PC and through streaming as well. PlayStation has benefitted from a robust selection of exclusive games, with titles like Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection coming to PC, though its generosity for PC mostly extends to games that are a couple years old. With the recent unveiling of Sony's PlayStation PC brand, it seems like the company is ramping up for a push into the PC market.

An observant Reddit user spotted a change in PlayStation's Steam page that suggests some new games may be right around the corner. User FlannOff posted to r/GamingLeaksAndRumors their findings which include modifications to PlayStation's publisher name and number of titles on its Steam listing. After the announcement of God of War for PC, Sony changed its name on Steam from "PlayStation Mobile, Inc." to the aftermentioned "PlayStation PC." More importantly, however, a pair of screenshots by FlannOff show that PlayStation's number of games has increased from 44 to 48 since September 24.

FlannOff theorizes that this change in game number only accounts for two games that fans do not know about. With the announcement of God of War for PC, and the rumors suggesting Sackboy: A Big Adventure also coming to PC, that would only leave two games that PlayStation has filed on Steam that have yet to be announced. Fans in the replies were quick to start hypothesizing what the other games are, from highly rumored titles like a Bloodborne PC port, to other equally interesting possibilities like Shadow of the Colossus, Dreams, and a The Last of Us collection.

This development seems in line with all of the other news surrounding PlayStation's PC pursuits. It is reasonable to expect Sony to update its Steam page in advance of any formal announcements, as to prepare for pre-order possibilities and properly register it with the Steam store. As for what these other games may be, the possibilities are endless as there are still many PlayStation exclusives yet to appear on PC like Ghost of Tsushima, Gran Turismo, and Ratchet and Clank. Though some of these titles may be more likely than others, if PlayStation is as serious about PC as it is appearing of late, then hopefully one day these games will arrive.
