PlayStation and Sony have launched the PlayStation Stars royalty program, allowing fans the chance to unlock digital collectibles that can be displayed in a virtual display case. To get these unique PlayStation IP-themed knickknacks, users will need to complete campaigns to earn points, and then the points are used to purchase collectibles, like a Pink Monkey Diorama from Ape Escape, or entire digital video games like It Takes Two or Cult of the Lamb.

PlayStation Stars users that want to start earning some digital collectibles to show off to their friends should try and complete one of the first Campaigns, Hit Play/1994. To complete the challenge, gamers will need to launch the game that matches each of the listed c.1994 songs:

  • Stay x Circle of Life
  • Baby I Love Your Way x Go West
  • Mr. Jones and Regulate
  • More Human than Human
  • Wild Night
  • Streets of Philadelphia

Players will not earn any points for completing this quest, but they will earn the Sony Chord Machine collectible, which is a boombox and portable cassette recorder released in 1982.

PS users will have to boot up their PlayStation system and launch six different games in order for the campaign to be completed. Because the program has just launched, players should give it some time before the app registers the launched titles. Some gamers have reported that it can take up to 30 minutes or an hour for the task to be marked as complete. Now, what everyone has come to this guide for: here are the answers for the Hit Play/1994 Campaign in the PlayStation Stars app:
