10 Dancing With The Cars - 6.0
Set in the Cars universe, this short is set at Flo's V8 Cafe. At night, the characters visit in order to show their dancing skills. One night, a series of events occur as the jukebox gets consistently hit accidentally. Changing the music to different genres. This short is interesting as it doesn't have any dialogue, making the animation speak for itself.
Being only 2 minutes, Dancing With The Cars is the 9th episode in the Pixar Popcorn lineup. Despite its simple premise and no dialogue, the animation allows the episode to be entertaining. Despite this, it is the lowest Pixar Popcorn short according to IMDb.
9 Unparalleled Parking - 6.1
The 2nd episode in the Pixar Popcorn lineup, this episode once again focuses on the Cars universe. The general premise of the episode centers on the cars attempting to parallel park all around Radiator Springs. More accurately, Sheriff puts on a parking test at the Cozy Cone Motel. This results in several characters in the Cars franchise attempting to pass these challenges. Similar to Dancing With The Cars, there is no dialogue.
8 To Fitness And Beyond - 6.4
Most likely taking place after Toy Story 4, Buzz Lightyear is attempting to teach a fitness class as each of the toys is struggling to imitate him. While Buzz Lightyear is doing these exercises with ease, due to the nature of some of the toys, they aren't able to do the same thing. Although he feels disappointed, the toys eventually try different forms of workout or something that assists them which best fit their needs. Ending the short on a happier note.
7 Fluffy Stuff with Ducky and Bunny: Love - 6.4
Taking place at the Toy Story 4 carnival, Ducky and Bunny are discussing who the children would love out of the two based on their respective appearances, qualities and characteristics. Eventually, their debates and discussions just end it off with the credits rolling. Because of this, not much really happens plot-wise other than some humorous dialogue from fan-favorite characters.
6 Dory Finding - 6.6
Episode 3 of Pixar Popcorn follows Dory from the Finding Nemo franchise. One day, she finds a whistle in the middle of the ocean floor. When she blows into it, the whistle produces bubbles that create different whistle pitches.
Eventually, as she travels further down, she finds an assortment of items from glasses to a mirror. Resulting in Dory innocently having fun with everything that's around her. A nice way of displaying Dory as a character without the use of dialogue.
5 Fluffy Stuff with Ducky and Bunny: Three Heads - 6.6
Another short focusing on Ducky and Bunny from Toy Story, this time the characters are talking to the sheep of Bo Peep. The two are constantly questioning why the sheep has three heads while also wondering about why they would make the sheep like this. Unknowingly making a multitude of rude comments. Eventually, the sheep walks away in the end, simply not having it with the two stuffed characters.
4 A Day In The Life Of The Dead - 6.7
Taking place in the afterlife that was established in the film Coco, this short stands apart from the rest because it doesn't focus on just one character. Although it follows Óscar and Felipe as their bike rolls down the street, the camera pans across different denizens of the afterlife. Showing what they are doing and what the average life looks like beyond death. It's a simple yet enjoyable experience.
3 Soul Of The City - 6.9
A short that focuses on one of the most recent Pixar films Soul, it depicts New York City as it shows many characters of the film doing their daily activities. Most likely taking place around the ending, soft piano music plays in the background. Showing one of the messages of the film in a bite-sized short. Showing simple things from eating pizza to helping a patient at a hospital. Essentially showing the beauty of humanity and life itself.
2 Chore Day - The Incredibles Way - 7.6
Episode 6 of Pixar Popcorn focuses on the Incredibles family while they deal with their chores. Whether it is Dash using Jack-Jack as a way of mowing the lawn or Violet using her powers like suction to clear out any garbage around the living room. It's interesting due to the characters using their powers in order to handle basic activities. Really showing the family nature of empowered superheroes.
1 Cookie Num Num - 7.7
The highest-rated Pixar short is also the last episode of season 1. Waking up, Mr. Incredible goes down the stairs to find one last cookie in the kitchen. Getting himself some milk, he eventually sees it missing, with Dash now holding it. It becomes a battle between father and son, as they both try to get the cookie for themselves. Eventually Violet joins in order to get the cookie herself. As it climaxes to the end, the cookie eventually gets grabbed by Elasti-girl, who bites the whole cookie triumphantly.
