Persona 5 Strikers introduces a new gameplay style to the Persona franchise. By combining the role-playing style of the Persona series and the hack-and-slash style of Dynasty Warriors, Persona 5 Strikers requires players to respond to that "edge of seat" real-time combat.

While the Phantom Thieves level up through battling, it's important to give them good armor and weapons. Since Persona abilities can burn through SP, the Thieves need to be able to dish out solid damage while racking up combos. Much like Persona 5 Strikers' accessories and armor, the Phantom Thieves' strongest weapons can't be unlocked until some progress has been made in Strikers' story.

The Best Weapons in Persona 5 Strikers

persona 5 strikers phantom thieves

Those who are familiar with Persona 5 or Persona 5 Royal know that there are eight permanent members of the Phantom Thieves: Joker, Mona, Skull, Panther, Fox, Queen, Oracle, and Noir. Each Phantom Thief is aligned with an Element/Affinity with the exception of Joker, who can have multiple Personas at once, and Oracle, who serves as the Phantom Thieves' Navigator. Also, despite being from the original Phantom Thieves ensemble, Oracle does not get any unique weapons.

With Persona 5 Strikers, players will eventually have Sophie and Wolf join their team as they advance through the plot. Sophie functions as a Light/Bless user, while Wolf uses Almighty and relies more on physical strength.. Certain weapons will boost the Thieves' respective elemental damages, while others will give boosts to their priority stats (ex: Strength, Magic, HP/SP increase).

The following weapons can't be bought in-game and some aren't even available until NG+. As long as players are remembering to do Requests and fusing a variety of Personas, then it's possible to get most of the Ultimate Weapons after Strikers' main story:
