Persona 5 has been one of Atlus' most successful titles to date. The company capitalized on the game's success right away, especially with other games. Not only was the Persona 5 cast included in Persona Q2, they got their own sequel in Persona 5: Scramble, which had a truly explosive trailer.

What makes Persona 5: Scramble stand out is how much its gameplay differs from Persona 5. While P5 sticks to the traditional Persona formula in place since Persona 3Scramble is different. Scramble has Persona 5's returning cast and story, but plays like a Dynasty Warriors game. It was created in cooperation with Dynasty Warriors' developer, Koei Tecmo. The player takes control of the Phantom Thieves after the events of Persona 5, fighting mysterious enemies across Japan.

Many fans of Persona, or just of Persona 5 specifically, have been eager to get their hands on Scramble. While the game released on February 20 in Japan, there has been no official western release announcement. However, it seems that some inside information has confirmed that said Western release will happen down the road. Several sources, from Twitter to the Persona Central website, have translated Koei Tecmo's fiscal report for 2019. The report outlines several upcoming plans the company has, one of which indicates that the western release of Persona 5: Scramble is planned.

Since this is a translation of an internal document, this is not considered an official announcement. Also, while the release is stated as planned, there is no solid release date mentioned. So while fans can expect the release of Scramble in the west, there's no certainty as to when they can expect it. The plans are subject to change of course, but it seems unlikely. Everything else P5 related, from Persona 5 Royal to Joker's amiibo, are already either globally available or on their way to being so.

Furthermore, it cannot be overstated how successful both Scramble and Royal have been financiallyPersona 5 Royal was, for the most part, very similar to Persona 5, just with more content added. Yet even people who purchased the original P5 thought it worth the purchase. Fans are, without a doubt, eager for more Persona 5 content, and Scramble is no exception.

Whether the western release will be a dub or only subtitled with the original Japanese cast (or have an option for both) is not yet known. Since the game is currently released in Japan, the story is available for anyone willing to go through a translation. Still, many fans in the west are likely holding off on spoiling the story and bosses of Scramble until it makes its way there. Hopefully the western release comes sooner rather than later.
