PC gamers have the chance to claim horror adventure game Lorelai free of charge thanks to GOG's Spring Sale. While it may not garner as much attention as Steam or the Epic Games Store, GOG is still a major digital distribution platform when it comes to PC gaming, and is often the best way for gamers to play older PC titles. Like other digital storefronts, GOG has its own special promotions where it offers steep discounts on games, with one going on right now.

The GOG Spring Sale is live now until April 3. While it's live, PC gamers can visit GOG and grab a variety of games at significant discounts. While PC gamers have until April 3 to take advantage of the GOG Spring Sale deals, the same can't be said about the Lorelai freebie, which is only available until March 23.

PC gamers can claim Lorelai from GOG right now and add it to their digital library without paying a dime. The game has a "Very Positive" rating on Steam and four out of five stars on GOG. It didn't receive enough professional reviews for a consensus to be reached, but with it being free, horror fans on PC really have no excuse not to try it out. It should be noted, however, that Lorelai is actually the third game in the Devil Came Through Here trilogy, preceded by The Cat Lady and Downfall, so fans may want to check out those games first.

Fans of psychological horror games should certainly give Lorelai a try while it's still available to claim through GOG. In the meantime, Lorelai isn't the only free game that PC gamers can claim right now. Steam is running its own Spring Sale promotion, and it too is giving away a game for free. Also available as a freebie until March 23 is Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure. This bite-sized experience is a standalone version of the popular Borderlands 2 expansion and serves as a testing grounds for concepts that were later fleshed out in the Tiny Tina's Wonderlands video game.

Steam has Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure, GOG has Lorelai, and the Epic Games Store has its own free game, too. From now until March 23, Epic Games Store users can claim Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War. Come March 23, Warhammer will be cycled out and replaced by Chess Ultra and the Ishizuchi Starter Pack for World of Warships.
