The Penny-Arcade Expo is nearly upon us, only a month and some change away! It’s going to be a safe bet that if attendance numbers are similar to last year (a whopping 60,000+ people) passes will be a precious commodity. This thought was shared by Robert Khoo, who runs the official PAX twitter (@Official_PAX), who called for people to buy their 3-day passes before Sunday, when it’s estimated the passes will be gone.
“Our best estimates put 3-Day badges selling out sometime between Thursday and Sunday. If you want to snag one, I suggest you do it soon.”
We here at Game Rant will be covering PAX 2010 and are currently waiting for our own passes to come in the mail. I’ve got my fingers crossed that we get ours soon! I would hate to be devoid of going this year in addition to being unable to bring you fans up-to-the-minute coverage of the event (in between my time of playing D&D).
Again, I cannot stress the urgency of buying your passes now before it’s too late because if you don’t, you’ll have to wait a whole other year before you bask in the glory that is the Penny-Arcade Expo. For more information on the event, you can check out the official website or if you’re wondering what Penny-Arcade is at all, stop what you’re doing and go to the website.
Are any of you going to PAX Prime, Ranters? What are you looking forward to the most?
