Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania will be in theaters this week, and Scott Lang did not miss out on the Super Bowl's marketing frenzy. Paul Rudd ended up lending his image in a different ad for Heineken, Ant-Man's favorite beer.

Overall, it was quite the night for the Ant-Man 3 star, as his beloved Kansas City Chiefs beat the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 to claim their third Super Bowl title, despite their star quarterback Patrick Mahomes tolling through an ankle injury for most of the game. Beer commercials have been a Super Bowl staple for years, with these ads leading to some of the half-time show’s most memorable ads. However, Ant-Man's beer is a bit different.

In the Heineken ad, Ant-Man enters Hank Pym's lab only to find it plastered with notes warning Scott of the many things he shouldn’t do. This includes the idea of chugging an entire bottle of bear in miniature form, let alone trying to swim in the beverage. As usual, Scott sticks to his chill vibes, no matter how tempting the idea to share some beers with his ant pals, before noting that this entire skit is meant to promote the brand’s alcohol-free beverage.

Overall, the ad sees Scott behave similarly to how he’s seen in the first part of the Ant-Man trailer with his newfound fame. It also happens to take place in Hank's lab, which will act as the entry point to the Quantum Realm in this upcoming adventure. While Marvel Studios executives and producers are already making plans for Ant-Man 4, it’s a mystery what role Scott's in-laws could have in that movie.

Recently, Michael Douglas has expressed he’d be willing to reprise the part of Hank Pym in the future, though for that to happen, he’d want his MCU character to get a proper death that would close out his superhero chapter once and for all. Quantumania will see Scott fight Kang the Conqueror in what will be the full reveal of Marvel Studios' main villain for the next few years, so it’s not even guaranteed that Ant-Man himself will come out of it in one piece.

Putting this funny bit aside, another MCU Avengers group made a formal appearance during the Super Bowl. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 dropped a new trailer that teased an emotional final adventure for the team.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will release in theaters on February 17, 2023.
